Hello everyone, my nickname is Pr. Théodose.

Bonjour à tous, mon pseudonyme est Pr. Théodose.

I'm a software engineer with a background in materials science and an interest in low-tech systems and appropriate technologies. I like to solve engineering problems and design farfetched inventions in various domains, as shown in the Inventions section of this website.

Since 2005 I'm part of the furry fandom, an artistic subculture centered on anthropomorphic animals. This marks me as a 'grey muzzle' (a polite term for an old fart) in the local community. My fursona, the anthropomorphic character which I use to represent myself, is a male pine marten wearing a lab coat and large round glasses. My interest for human-animal hybrids influenced both my short stories and my research on animal uplift.

The minimalist design of this website takes inspiration from the personal page of Simplifier and the Museum of RetroTechnology. Although this website is read-only, I do enjoy answering questions and constructive criticism related to my works. Je suis un ingénieur en informatique avec des bases en science des matériaux et un intérêt pour les systèmes basse-technologie et les technologies appropriées. J'aime résoudre des problèmes d'ingénierie et concevoir des inventions farfelues dans des domaines variés, comme démontré dans la section Inventions de ce site.
